FAQ

SHIPPING DURING CORONAVIRUS

There are major delays with all outbound and most inbound shipping during the outbreak of COVID-19.

You can visit this site for up to date information for each country. https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus

Do to our advanced tabletop manufacturing capacities, we are able to move production easily to our homes. If our home state (South Australia) goes into full lock down, we should still be capable of producing and shipping orders.

We will notify you if there are any major delays with orders.

Do you ship to my address?

We ship internationally. If you add a product to the cart and continue with checkout, you will see delivery options and cost for your address.

There is currently an issue where the checkout might say it cannot deliver to your address. If you try a different payment method or try again at a later time, this issue resolves.

What product should I get?

For Agriculture usage, we recommend our GoMicro Inspect.

For Education and kids, we recommend our GoMicro Smartphone Microscope.

For schools and organisations, we recommend our Session Pack or Class Pack.

When will it be delivered?

We have just started our first run of production for the GoMicro Inspect and will be shipping these out in March.

For all other products, we aim to ship them out in a few business days after the order is received. You will receive a notification when we have started shipment.

Please note - if you select the Economy shipping option, you will not receive tracking information.

What currency is your store?

By default, our store uses Australian dollars. There is also an option to pay in USD or EUR by selecting the drop down menu on the top right of the page.

Does it work with phones with multiple back cameras?

All of our devices work fine with multiple camera phones. Depending on the way the phone software handles the extra camera, you may need to put the clip-on device on a different camera if you want to zoom in or alternatively cover the extra camera with a piece of paper, etc. We're hoping to add functionality in our apps soon to help deal with phones with multiple cameras.
