FAQ

SHIPPING DURING CORONAVIRUS

There are still delays with all outbound and most inbound shipping due to COVID-19.

You can visit this site for up-to-date information for each country: https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus

We will notify you if there are any major delays with your order.

What is the difference between GoMicro and other clip-on microscopes ?

Do you ship to my address?

We ship internationally. If you add a product to the cart and continue with checkout, you will see delivery options and cost for your address. Please note there may be some additional customs/import fees on delivery when purchasing outside of Australia.

There is currently an issue where the checkout might say it cannot deliver to your address. If you try a different payment method or try again at a later time, this issue resolves.

What product should I get?

For Agriculture usage, we recommend our GoMicro Examine.

For schools and organisations, we recommend our Session Pack

When will it be delivered?

We aim to ship out orders within a few business days after receiving the order. You will receive a notification when we have started shipment and we will reach out to you if there are major delays.

For orders within Australia check out: Domestic delivery times - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

For orders outside Australia check out: International delivery times - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

Please note - if you select the Economy shipping option, you will not receive tracking information.

What currency is your store?

By default, our store uses Australian dollars. There is also an option to pay in USD or EUR by selecting the drop down menu on the top right of the page.

Does it work with phones with multiple back cameras?

All of our devices work fine with multiple camera phones. Depending on the way the phone software handles the extra camera, you may need to put the clip-on device on a different camera if you want to zoom in or alternatively cover the extra camera with a piece of paper, etc. We're hoping to add functionality in our apps soon to help deal with phones with multiple cameras.
